The Maximal Marksman Compound Crossbow is one of the fastest crossbows on the market. With a draw & weight of 185 lbs it reaches arrow speeds of up to 400 fps (approx. 438 km / h) and is therefore recommended for shooting at great distances. The secret behind these impressive figures is the construction of the limbs: made by injection molding of innovative carbon fiber reinforced plastic (CFK), they possess a high energy storage capacity and release it to the bolt. Thus the Marksman more than just meets the highest standards of speed, precision and efficiency.
Maximal has also given special attention to handling and the crossbow perfectly balanced. The center of gravity is built on the front handle and makes the Marksman look less copious compared to other crossbows. The exclusive trigger mechanism with a (engraving) trigger, which is particularly easy to operate, with automatic safety and has a built-in anti-dry fire device. The comfort of the cheek pad, which is adjustable by approx. 0.5 inches, and the integrated finger guard provide additional comfort. For the attachment of accessories, the Marksman has a picatinny rail.
