Flexor has created The Flexor Archery Training System which is an instruction and conditioning program developed to help archers maximize their performance through scientifically proven advanced motor learning.With most archery conditioning programs the archer will turn to practice, shooting arrows, to get in “game” shape, without addressing the sport specific requirements of archery.
The Training System was not created by a coach, but is actually the result of work with thousands of athletes of all levels, from beginners to professionals.
The Training System is centered upon a “in-position” training model that generates real-time feedback and immediately impacts performance. Used for only 15 minutes a day, three times a week, it improves performance by enhancing the brain/body connection, while building a more stable foundation, improving posture, increasing flexibility and strength in all phases of the shot process.
The Flexor Archery Training System is simple; there are no weights, complicated maneuvers or stretches requiring a contortionist's flexibility. It works for all skill levels, addresses physical limitations, and easily integrates into any ongoing training system.
